Now Playing at Starbucks
Starbucks partnered with Apple to create a web based application that allows you to see what song is now playing in your local store and to purchase the song via iTunes on your iPhone, iPod touch, Mac or PC. Designed for a 32inch LCD a HD based Flash front-end was developed as the customer facing experience, which communicated with a .NET controller to present song/album information, images and video. Now Playing can be seen at your local Starbucks, in Seattle, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
